Who are we?
We are a small company based in Vancouver run by a young couple with a love and passion for interior design. The key values of our business are to provide our customers with a trustworthy and affordable service: a service that you deserve. We hand-pick our products with care, to ensure that you love them as much as we do and to provide the best quality possible. Our fresh rustic Scandinavian style with subtle Asian influences has a playful undertone to reflect our joyful family and reasonable prices to share that joy with yours. We aim to grow globally and to become a household name in order to fulfill our long time dream of turning other people's homes into their dream homes one product at a time!
Do you ship items out of Vancouver?
We do not ship out of Vancouver. We run the front end of our online store in Vancouver and ship our items straight out of our warehouses in Asia because it is more cost-efficient. We do have some products on hand on occasion though so make sure you're updated by following us on social media!
Are all your products made in China/Asia?
At the moment, yes. We want to break the "Made in China" stigma. Not everything that's made in China is terrible. The "Made in China" stigma not only hurts great businesses in China or businesses that sell products made in China, but it hurts the lives of the good and honest people that work there. Sometimes people forget that they have items in their homes that they love so much that are made in China. Your gadgets are made in China, your shoes and your clothes are made in China, some of the biggest companies in the world mass produce their items in China. So how did we find a manufacturer we can trust? We've learned that the secret is through building a strong business relationship with them first.
Do you test your products first?
Of course! We've worked with different manufacturers and we order and test most of the products before we sell them on our site. We want to personally know our products first and this way we can really choose the right people to work with so that we can sell only excellent quality products. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Why are some items quite expensive?
Like we mentioned earlier, quality is really important to us. We hand pick the items we sell on our site and we really get to know our manufacturers before we work with them. There's a lot of thought and work that goes into each item that we choose before they get added to our website. We take care of all the worries and the hassle of trial-and-errors so that you don't have to!
